The double-decker is unmistakably associated with the capital of the United Kingdom. Few people know, however, that buses of this type also became part of the history of Warsaw’s public transport. Shortly after World War II, several Leyland buses—classic double-deckers—were donated to the devastated Polish capital by the residents of London.
