The Norblin Factory is a 2-hectare site in Warsaw's Wola district, brimming with extraordinary history. For years a neglected gem of post-industrial architecture, the area has been transformed into a new part of the city, with offices, shops, restaurants, cafes, a Food Town, an eco-market, a boutique cinema, and an open-air museum commemorating the history of one of the largest industrial enterprises of the former Kingdom of Poland! We'll take a tour with a guide posing as the factory owner in period costume. We'll learn about the history of this incredible factory, which dates back almost 300 years. The tour takes place half outdoors and half indoors. During the tour, students learn about the former Wola district, what the factory produced, and who designed it.

For younger children (ages 4-11), we offer theater and workshop sessions that combine the traditional Japanese art of storytelling with puzzles, riddles, and crafting.
For older children, we offer museum lessons on two topics: A Suburban Garden That Became a Factory and Discover the History of the Norblin and Werner Families.
